The process with Bloom & Sply
1. Enjoy a curated shopping experience for a variety of plants and garden supplies - all sourced from a local (to you) nursery. All plants are suited to your planting zone unless noted in the plant description.
2. Choose how you want to receive your order. Pick up from your local nursery or have it delivered (*fee applies)
3. Your order can be ready within 1 business day. You’ll get a few notifications along the way letting you know what’s up.
4. Enjoy your garden at home without the hassle of shopping at a big-box store.
Have a problem with your plant but followed all of the care instructions? Contact the listed supplier on your order receipt and they will help you figure out your problem. In general, trees and shrubs have a 12 month warranty after purchase and perennials have a 3 month warranty after purchase.

All items sold by Bloom & Sply, LLC are sourced from local nurseries based on your location. Plants shown for your particular area are all grown in your region within the United States, unless otherwise noted in the plant description (sorry, tropical plants aren’t grown here, we have to source those elsewhere!). All plants are supplied and orders fulfilled by these nurseries as a partnership with Bloom & Sply, LLC. You can be assured that when you choose to shop with us, you are supporting locally-owned and operated plant nurseries. Look at you, being a supporter of small businesses!

When you place your order on our website, you’ll be notified via email with a receipt. Generally speaking, all orders placed will be available for pickup within one business day (yup, that means weekdays!). Weekends are busy for our nurseries who are helping customers! Because of that, please allow at least one business day for us to get your order packed and ready for you.
Currently, all orders on Bloom & Sply are fulfilled by Hurley Nursery in Hollywood, Maryland. If you chose to pick up your order in person, the address will be on your order receipt. Once you get there, look for the sign for where to park and have your order loaded into your vehicle.
All delivery logistics are managed by the nursery that is fulfilling your order. A team member (or an entire team - whatever it takes!) from this nursery will deliver your order to the delivery address specified.
If you select to have your order delivered, the delivery schedule will depend on the size of your order and the location in which it’s being delivered. Generally, your order will be delivered within 7 business days of your order. You will be contacted by the Supplier to arrange a time for delivery. Any delivery instructions should be noted at the time of checkout (for example, where you would like the items to be placed, etc.).
